Kesi duniya main jeete hai hum, jahan khushboo hai nafrat ki,
Insaniyat toh maar gayi hai, baas bach gaya hai chand log,
Jo insane toh hai, lekin khokhle zazbat ke.
One needs to taste the soil before he touches the sky. But do we all really do what’s ethical in the process of touching the sky? Do we really believe the phrase “do good and good will come to you”? How often do we help others? How often do we offer the waste food to the poor?
The best work we all do is sit comfortably on our chairs and sofas and debate about the ongoing condition on the country or the corruption and blah blah. When we are going on our vehicle we would see the others throwing garbage on the road and we would say two or three fowl words that also within ourselves and move on, but we would appreciate “swacch bharat abhiyan”. So the basic point is we appreciate but when it comes to doing it ourselves we are nil. The one thing we all are good in doing is giving advice. We can give end no of free advices to anyone but following it comes later or maybe it doesn’t.
Cleaning the roads is government’s job but keeping the roads clean is ours but ohh sorry I forgot maybe giving lecturing on how to keep the roads clean is our job. We have the excuses for everything and illogical reason for every situation. Girl gets raped, obviously girls fault and why because she was wearing short clothes. Then why do men get raped, yes even men get raped. Why would they get raped? Short clothes? Really?
Jazba movie had some immense reason to be watched by everyone -a sacrifice of a mother, a pain of a mother whose daughter was brutally raped and murder, the aspect of giving proper punishment to the killer. But we prefer going to ‘singh is bling’ why because akshay has got the grooves and some spiced up comedy and creepy songs.
Or maybe rape is a very normal topic but watching a spiced up double meaning comedy movie is knowledgeable. As a law student myself I find many loopholes in the law, criminals are criminals right? When they don’t do mercy with victim why should the law be great? Why do rapists even have a right to mercy plea? Why the murderer can apply for another trial?
Why can’t we go by the phrase ‘change is constant’? We need more better and strong law. We live in a world where the innocence of a child and cry of a woman does no good to anyone. They would still rape and molest and kill.
Just saying that education would change the people won’t help, we need to change the mindset of people. There thought process, there way of taking things differently.
“soch badalne se kya hoga nazariya badlna chaiye”
Why can’t we value the feeling of others? Why can’t we make a better world for everyone to live in?
Do we really need this hate? Do we really need to see only our interest?
Just demanding a better world won’t get us a better world. We need to get up and make it a better world. The world where child or lady can walk freely. Where there is no fear of terrorism. I know that we are not that weak. Nobody goes to hell if they would help others. There is no punishment for becoming a better person.
The courage to do well and serve all will make this world a better place for living.
We all can try it, maybe this works.
